One documented limitation from Affroom's review: you can't create campaigns for multiple GEOs at once, so scaling a working angle across ten countries means ten campaign builds. Tedious, not fatal. Support scores well with the people who pay enough to get it. Affpaying's 46 reviews average 4.74/5 for support, with managers described as genuinely helpful on campaign optimization. The catch is access: per Affroom, a personal manager comes with deposits of $500 and up, and the recurring complaint across otherwise glowing reviews is that personal managers are offline at weekends, leaving only standard support — awkward when your Friday-night campaign goes sideways.

Reliability is more contested. The aggregate picture is good: 44 of 46 Affpaying ratings are 'Excellent', and payment proofs circulate on STM and AffiliateFix. But the two 'Terrible' ratings aren't noise.
